May Creek Capital is a family-owned, private investment company that invests in a diversified portfolio of strategies that includes lower and middle market private equity, established commercial real estate properties, and high-yield private credit. May Creek Capital seeks equity positions within the capital structure and actively participates as a minority partner. Our firm targets operating companies with $2-5 million in EBITDA that have experienced management teams and great growth potential. Our geographic focus is the southeastern states, including Florida and Texas. 

May Creek Capital does not invest in start-up companies, venture capital, real estate development projects, hedge funds or public securities. Our firm only invests in opportunities with at least a net 2X forecasted return multiple. We will consider managed funds that meet the criteria above, but our focus remains on direct investments.
